Winfield Public Schools online enrollment returning students and registration for new students is now available.
Online enrollment for returning K-12 Winfield USD 465 students is now open. Parents of returning students were recently sent a letter providing them with online enrollment information including their username. Access to E-Registration is found under the enrollment tab at the district’s website, www.usd465.com. Enrollment needs to be completed online for each returning student through the USD 465 website by August 8.
Online enrollment is a convenient option for parents of returning students to complete standard enrollment forms, see class schedules, approve policies, complete waivers and pay for enrollment fees and school meals online from a computer, tablet or smart phone.
All school offices will be open August 1-8 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Evening hours will be available at District Office (1407 Wheat Rd) on August 7-8 from 4 -7:30 p.m. District Employees will be available to assist families with the enrollment process and to accept fee payments during the dates and time listed above. Families of returning students needing computer access or help with online enrollment are welcome to enroll and pay fees for all students in the family at one building.
Families with new students to Winfield School district should start their registration process through the new student tab under enrollment on the district’s website, www.use465.com. Parents of new students will be contacted by a school administrator or secretary by August 11.
A half-day of orientation for 6th and 9th grade students will be on Monday, August 21. Students in grades K-12 will attend
a their first full day of school on Tuesday, August 22. Pre-K 4 year olds, Pre-K 3 year old (Monday/Tuesday) and Headstart students will also begin their first day on August 22. Pre-K 3 year old (Wednesday/Thursday) students will begin school on August 23.
Parents who have questions regarding the online enrollment process can call the district office at 221-5100 or call one of the school buildings after August 1.
