Welcome to the Technology Department
Technology is a critical part of the USD 465 Strategic Plan. Our goal is to increase access to technology and ensure the effective use of technology to enrich, monitor, and increase learning skills and achievement.
Tech Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 4:30 Friday 7:30 - 4:00
Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 - 5:00
Tech Tickets
STAFF ONLY Please submit tech tickets to tech_support@usd465.com
When submitting a tech ticket please compose as a normal email and include:
- In the subject line include a brief Summary of Issue (i.e. My computer won't turn on)
- Computer Name (i.e. HS-T-123)
- Building
- Room Number
- In the body of the email include a detailed description of the issue and troubleshooting steps you have taken
***Please Do Not put details of ticket in the subject line of your email. We have a limited amount of characters for the subject line.
